Customers are responsible for complying with Canva's applicable terms and licensing requirements when using or modifying Canva templates.
7. Website Templates
Website templates sold by PremiumBay are provided as digital template files.
Customers are responsible for:
- Downloading and storing their purchased files
- Following the provided setup instructions
- Customizing the template
- Providing their own hosting, domain, software, or other required services unless specifically included with the product
PremiumBay does not guarantee that a website template will work with every hosting provider, browser, device, software environment, or third-party service.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
